Required Documents for Home Loan Approval

 

The following documents are the minimum that is required to begin the home loan approval process. More documentation may be required, depending upon the individual circumstance.

Income: One month of pay stubs and W2s for the past 2 years

Assets: Savings, checking and retirement statements for past 2 months

Debts: Complete list of credit debts: creditor, balance owed and required monthly payment

Credit History: Lender obtains a credit report upon member approval
